Winter Chyna Quimby-Walker, known during her brief reign as Evie II, is the eldest daughter of Evie and Zoltan Quimby and the new Queen of America after Maddie resigned. Autumn is her little sister. In a ploy by Zuri "Zachary" Ross to gain the throne, she lured Jack Brewer to evacuate New York of all people, including Evie II, who reverted to her birth name of Winter Quimby and was replaced by Zuri/ Zachary. Winter had two children, Chyna and Ryan, but hid them from her family for years to let them live a normal life.
